This is actually both of
Cruikshank's books packaged in one crappily bound volume and credited
to Ken
Brooks! The binding (apparently held together with spit) falls apart as
soon
as you open it up. Besides, it makes you wonder who actually wrote the
damned thing! Maybe this guy wants to be anonymous because of its obvious
lack of quality! The only good thing I can say about it is that I got the
idea for the classical influences section from his book, but I ignored his
shit and put it together from scratch with assistance from classical expert
Chris Sansom!
