Seriously, "Cheepnis" is heavily overdubbed. The voice effect, as far as I can tell, is simply a sped-up tape effect from the studio. Compare the YCDTOSA2 version.

  YCDTOSA2 does not have Um um nummy-nummy-num vocals (that's fun to say, Um um nummy-nummy-num), FZ's narration doesn't have any reverb & the poodle is Frenchie (rather than Frunobulax), Napoleon Murphy Brock sings about his breakfast rather than calling for canned goods and toilet paper. Was that because they had enough toilet paper in Helsinki? If they can steal towels, they can steal toilet paper.
  Most of the arrangement is similar except the Cheaper The Better vocals are more prominent in the YCDTOSA2 mix.
