  Nash was an automobile manufacturer some time ago. My father's first car was a Nash, and I think it was old then (late forties/early fifties).

  In my Nash - Nash is a reference to another defunct automobile company. I knew a fellow with a Nash when I was in high school. The last of the American automakers to go out of business was Studebaker.
